Dwarka Expressway will soon be the Game Changer
The Punjab & Haryana High Court has passed a judgement instructing the state to release 50 acres land to NHAI for shifting the present Kherki Dhaula toll to Panchgaon, 8 km away in the public interest. NHAI officials said that they will set up the toll plaza within three months of getting possession of the land

Dwarka Expressway is being constructed in five packages. Package 1 of 5.9 km (Shiv Murti to Dwarka Sector 21), package 2 of 4.2 km (Dwarka Sector 21 to Delhi-Haryana border), package 3 of 10.2 km (Delhi-Haryana border to Basai ROB), package 4 (Basai ROB to Kherki Dhaula toll plaza on NH 48) and package 5 to connect IGI airport with Dwarka Expressway through a 8 lane shallow tunnel. Packages 1 and 2 of the Dwarka Expressway are part of the Delhi corridor and the remaining falls in Haryana
Construction work is progressing at a fast pace on packages 3 and 4 of Dwarka Expressway. L&T started construction in 2018 and as per the contract, work needs to be completed by 2020

The cloverleaf, part of the fourth package of Dwarka Expressway, is also under construction. The cloverleaf will connect Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), Dwarka Expressway and NH 48. The project is expected to be ready within 2 years from the time construction begins. It will be a four way interchange facility for seamless connectivity. NHAI will also build a trumpet interchange at Sector 84-88, a road link connecting IMT Manesar and Dwarka Expressway

An exclusive underpass will be developed passing through Vatika INXT2, connecting NH 352W to Dwarka Expressway (NH 248BB)
Work on the Delhi side of Dwarka Expressway has also started. NHAI has commenced a massive transplantation project to relocate 5,700 full grown trees on the Delhi side of the Dwarka Expressway, in order to connect Dwarka in Delhi to Gurgaon in Haryana. NHAI has about three to four months to complete the task. Package 2 has to be completed in 24 months as per the contract

The National Capital Regional Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has floated the tender for civil construction of the Delhi-Gurgaon-SNB (Shahjahanpur-Neemrana-Behror) Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) corridor. NCRTC has invited bids for the construction of the elevated viaduct, spanning from the end of the ramp at IDPL complex to the start of the ramp at Rajiv Chowk. This distance on the route, will cover three elevated RRTS stations, namely, Udyog Vihar, Sector 17 and Rajiv Chowk. Haryana government approved the Detailed Project Report of the corridor in February 2018 while the Rajasthan government gave nod to the project in June 2018. Pre-construction activities such as soil testing, utility diversion, geotechnical investigation, pile load test have been in progress on this route of the corridor. Proposed new metro routes will pass close to Vatika projects. A metro line will be developed connecting HUDA City Centre to Bawal passing close to Sector 89, Gurgaon, and another route will run parallel to Dwarka Expressway
Construction on the four lane National Highway project, connecting Pataudi and Rewari, has started. The 45 km project will start from Dwarka Expressway in Sector 88A and 88B and will run parallel to NH 48. The highway will pass through Vatika INXT2 and also intersect the Kundli Manesar Palwal Expressway
The AIIMS campus in Jhajjar will be the country’s largest cancer institute - the National Cancer Institute (NCI). The apex hospital is just a 20 minute drive from Vatika INXT2. The OPD (out-patient department), 250 beds, ICU (intensive care unit) and operation theatres (OTs) are currently functional and the hospital is expected to be fully operational by 2020. The 700 bed hospital will be equipped with cutting edge technology and shall have 25 OTs, 5 Linear Accelerators, 4 PET Scanners, 3 Brachy-therapy, 2 CT Scanners, 2 MRI Scanners and much more. Soon, the AIIMS Jhajjar campus and Delhi are likely to get connected via Delhi Metro to ease the movement of patients. IIT Delhi Jhajjar campus is located next to the AIIMS Jhajjar campus.
