The investor will continue to be solely responsible for issuance of the GST laws compliant invoice (including e-invoice, if applicable), payment of applicable taxes to the Government and undertaking necessary compliances such as timely filing of returns and so on under GST Laws. The liabilities as cast upon the investors will continue to be applied on investors.
